SeperateLayer Lineart Tutorial

Okay, I know the title sucks, but it was the only thing I could come up with. This is for to help him with his computer coloring-ness. If it helps anyone else, I will be very glad... and hopefully it is easy to understand. The same method also works in Adobe Photoshop, it's just a little different.
